Does the application compute monthly billing and produce official payroll documents?
It tracks what you describe: contracted hours, actual attendance, hourly rate, and totals the month's hours per child. Official declarations and statutory documents remain the job of your dedicated tool; the application gives you the clean count that feeds them.
Can we check in each child's arrival and departure time?
Yes: if your description mentions times, attendance becomes an entity that records arrival, departure and the day's hours, attached to the child and their contract.
Can families log in to see attendance?
The generated application is an internal MANAGEMENT tool: you record and consult. A family portal isn't included by default; since the code is exportable (ZIP, GitHub), a developer can add it if the need is confirmed.
Is it suitable for a small daycare with several children and contracts?
Yes: child, family and contract are distinct entities. Whether you care for a few children or a whole small daycare, the structure follows, each attendance stays attached to the right child and contract.
