A Monday morning: the occupancy screen shows who's on a dedicated desk, which flex spots are free, and whether the 10am meeting room is already booked. A new member signs up for the flex plan: their record is created with its renewal date. At month's end, the list of renewals due within seven days gets followed up one by one, before a subscription quietly lapses without anyone noticing.

Can my members book a room themselves?
The generated application is your internal management tool: you or your team enter the bookings. Since the code is exportable and standard, self-service access can be added by a developer if your space justifies it.
Can we manage several desk types (open space, private office, meeting room)?
Yes: describe your actual space types and each desk or office attaches to one of them, the occupancy screen tells each type apart.
Are subscription plans imposed?
No: you describe YOUR plans (day pass, week, flex month, dedicated desk…) and they structure the application, each with its own renewal logic.
Is recurring billing automatic?
The application generates and tracks invoices linked to each member's active subscription; actual collection (direct debit, transfer) stays your usual circuit — the invoice never invents a payment received.
