Use case

A simple CRM, because it's yours

Market CRMs are designed for sales teams — not for a craftsman or a small business that just wants to track quote requests and never miss a follow-up. Blueprint Maker generates the CRM that matches the way you actually sell.

Generate this application

The description is already written — free sign-up, then it's waiting for you in the composer.

The small-business CRM paradox

Every independent knows the cycle: a prospect calls, a quote goes out, the follow-up is forgotten, the deal is lost. The need for a CRM is real from the first client. But generic CRMs are calibrated for dedicated sales teams: multi-stage opportunities, scoring, e-mail sequences, marketing integrations.

For a small business, that excess has a double cost: the per-user subscription, and above all the time spent learning a tool whose features will mostly never be used. Many give up and go back to the spreadsheet — which reminds no one to follow up.

Your sales cycle, the way you practise it

Describe your sales practice: “I'm a carpenter. People contact me about a project, I do a site visit, I send a quote, I follow up after two weeks, the quote is accepted or declined. I want to see pending quotes, the ones due a follow-up, and my acceptance rate.”

Blueprint Maker generates a CRM in that image: contacts, requests, quotes with statuses and dates, and a dashboard showing pending quotes, due follow-ups and the conversion rate. Nothing more — and nothing less than what you described.

  • Contact records and exchange history
  • Incoming requests with source (phone, website, referral)
  • Quotes: amount, status, sent date, follow-up date
  • A “to follow up” view sorted by urgency
  • Sales dashboard: pending, acceptance rate, amounts

A generated application, not endless configuration

The difference with a configurable CRM is structural. There is no generic engine to bend: AI reads your description, produces the specification of YOUR application, and deterministic builders write the matching code. The words on screen are your words — “site visit”, “quote”, “follow-up” — not “opportunities” to rename.

The application arrives with realistic demo data so you can judge it immediately, and three generation levels (Sketch, Craft, Masterpiece) depending on the polish you're after.

Your contacts belong to you

A client base is a company asset. With Blueprint Maker, the application and its database are yours: code ZIP export, GitHub push, free hosting choice or the included dedicated URL. No exit ransom, no crippled export.

The Discovery plan (€0) lets you generate your first CRM. Pro (€25/month) and Max (€149/month) provide credits to iterate — each generation's cost is displayed before you launch.

Frequently asked questions — small-business CRM

How is this different from a free market CRM?

A generic CRM imposes its vocabulary and process; you spend time configuring it and ignoring superfluous features. Here, the application is generated from your description: it contains only your concepts and your process, and the code belongs to you.

Can I track things other than quotes (contracts, subscriptions, projects)?

Yes. Describe what you track — yearly contracts, multi-phase projects, subscriptions — and the generated structure follows. The generated CRM is your sales model, not an imposed one.

Is my client data exportable?

The application and its database are yours: code exportable as ZIP or to GitHub, self-hosting possible. Your contacts are never held hostage by a vendor.

How long before I have a usable CRM?

One generation produces a complete CRM, deployed at its dedicated URL, with demo data. The description takes minutes; you validate the proposed plan before generation.

What if I want to connect it to other tools later?

The generated code is a standard Next.js + Prisma application with an API: a developer can freely add the integrations you'll need. You're never blocked by the limits of a closed platform.
