Use case

Track your vehicle pool without losing your Fridays

Expiring inspections, forgotten servicing, vehicles nobody can locate: managing a small fleet is all about dates and reminders. Blueprint Maker generates the application that keeps YOUR register — not a leasing giant's.

Generate this application

The description is already written — free sign-up, then it's waiting for you in the composer.

A pool of 5 to 50 vehicles is not a rental fleet

Fleet-management software is designed for hundreds of vehicles, with onboard telematics, fuel cards and emissions reporting. A construction company, a municipal technical service or a local delivery business has a more prosaic need: knowing which vehicle is assigned to whom, when the next inspection is due, and what each vehicle costs in maintenance.

That tracking usually ends up in a tabbed spreadsheet — one tab per vehicle — where inspection dates warn no one and the maintenance history stops with the last motivated employee.

Your fleet register, generated from your description

Describe your pool: “We have fifteen utility vehicles. Each has a plate, a model, a mileage, an inspection date and an assignment to an employee. We track maintenance with costs and fuel fill-ups. I want to see upcoming inspections and the cost per vehicle.”

The generated application structures all of it: vehicles and assignments, dated and costed maintenance, and a dashboard surfacing near deadlines and cumulative costs — per vehicle and for the pool.

  • Vehicle records: plate, mileage, deadlines
  • Dated, costed maintenance history per vehicle
  • Assignments to employees
  • Deadline tracking: inspection, servicing, insurance
  • Dashboard: near deadlines, costs, availability

A reliable structure, deterministically generated

Blueprint Maker doesn't “code” your application blindly: AI turns your description into a structured specification — entities, relations, statuses, indicators — which you validate, then deterministic builders write the code. The database cleanly links vehicles, maintenance and assignments: a vehicle's full history is one click away.

Generated demo data simulates a living pool — vehicles, past maintenance, varied deadlines — so you can evaluate the tool immediately.

The fleet register belongs to the company

A pool's maintenance history has asset value: it drives resale prices and cost control. That register should belong to the company, not to a subscription: code ZIP export, GitHub push, free hosting choice or the included dedicated URL.

Free Discovery plan for the first application; Pro (€25/month) and Max (€149/month) to iterate. Each generation's cost is displayed before launching.

Frequently asked questions — fleet management

Can we track things other than vehicles (machinery, equipment, trailers)?

Yes: describe your real pool — site machinery, trailers, power tools — and the generated structure adapts. The principle is the same: assets, deadlines, assignments, costs.

Can the application reflect our specific deadlines?

The deadlines you describe (inspection, manufacturer servicing, tachograph, insurance) become dated fields in the application, visible in lists and on the dashboard.

Can several people keep the register?

Yes — it's a centralised web application: the workshop enters maintenance, administration reads the costs, everyone sees the same up-to-date data.

Can we take our history if we change tools?

The application and its database are yours: exportable code (ZIP, GitHub), self-hosting possible. The pool's history remains a company asset.

What does setup cost?

The first application is free to generate (Discovery plan). Then Pro (€25/month) and Max (€149/month) provide credits to iterate, with each generation's cost known in advance.
