Can we track quotes and client approval before work?
Yes: describe your flow (diagnosis → quote → approval → work) and the matching statuses structure the application, with amounts at each step.
Does the application handle invoicing?
It tracks what you describe — amounts, statuses (to invoice, invoiced, paid) — and tells you what to invoice. Producing compliant invoices remains your invoicing tool's job.
Can we manage courtesy vehicles?
If your description mentions them, they become an entity with their assignments — who has them, until when.
Can mechanics read orders at the bench?
It's a responsive web application: the order record reads on a phone or tablet in the workshop, always current.
What if I later want to connect a parts catalogue?
