Terms of Service

The terms governing the use of Blueprint Maker and the applications it generates.

Last updated: 9 July 2026

Purpose and scope

These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Blueprint Maker service (the “Service”), operated by BEAM Consulting, a French single-member limited liability company (SARL à associé unique) with share capital of 500 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 930 217 609 (“Blueprint”, “we”), as well as the applications generated through the Service (the “Generated Applications”).

From a natural-language description, the Service produces a management application (database, interfaces, dashboard), then deploys, exports and hosts it. The Service is intended for both professionals and consumers.

Definitions

  • “User”: any person who creates an account or uses the Service.
  • “Account”: the personal space giving access to the Service.
  • “Credits”: units consumed by generations, included in the plans.
  • “User Content”: the descriptions, prompts, data and files provided by the User.
  • “Generated Application”: the output produced by the Service from the User Content.

Acceptance of the terms

Creating an Account or using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Service.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.

Blueprint may amend the Terms at any time. Material changes are brought to your attention by reasonable means; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

Description of the service

The Service relies on a deterministic pipeline: an artificial intelligence establishes a specification from your description, then builders produce the code of the Generated Application. The Service allows deployment to a dedicated URL, export as an archive and publication to a code repository.

Generation uses artificial-intelligence models provided by third parties (see the Privacy Policy). As a result, the output of a generation is probabilistic in nature: Blueprint does not warrant that it will be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose (see “Liability and warranties”).

Blueprint may change, add or remove Service features at any time.

Account, access and security

Access to the Service requires an Account, created notably via a third-party identity provider (Google, GitHub). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the confidentiality of your credentials.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your Account. You undertake to inform us without delay of any unauthorised use.

An Account is personal. Blueprint may suspend access in the event of a security risk or a breach of these Terms.

Subscription, credits and billing

The Service is offered under several plans, including a free plan (Discovery) and paid plans (Pro, Max). The features and prices in force are shown on the Pricing page.

Generations consume Credits included in your plan. Paid subscriptions are billed by our payment provider (Stripe) and renew automatically each period, unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Prices are stated excluding tax where applicable; applicable taxes are added. Blueprint may change its prices; changes apply to the following subscription period.

Prices shown to consumers are inclusive of tax; prices shown to professionals may be exclusive of tax.

Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer, you have a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw from a paid subscription, without having to give a reason. However, if you request immediate access to the Service, you agree to its performance before the end of that period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. For professionals, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Save where a mandatory legal provision requires otherwise, amounts already paid for the current subscription period are not refunded pro rata; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Ownership of generated code and licence

What you own

Blueprint assigns to you all rights it may hold, if any, in the code of the application generated from your descriptions. This assignment applies on all plans, including the free plan. You may use, modify, deploy, host, distribute and commercialise the generated application — including reselling it or publishing it on your own website.

A useful clarification: depending on applicable law, code produced entirely by an artificial intelligence may not be eligible for copyright protection. This assignment covers existing rights “if any”; it does not create rights that would not otherwise exist and grants no exclusivity.

Third-party components

The generated application relies on open-source components, notably the @blueprint-modular/core design system (Apache 2.0 licence), as well as Next.js, React and Prisma. Your right to use and redistribute the application is subject to compliance with the licences of those components (keeping licence notices and NOTICE files where applicable). These licences are permissive: they allow commercial use and redistribution.

What Blueprint retains

Blueprint retains full ownership of the platform: the generation engine, the builders, the Blueprint Modular design system itself and all of the services. The assignment covers the generated application (the result), not the tools that produce it. You receive no rights over the platform, nor the right to resell or redistribute access to the Blueprint service itself.

Free plan — consideration

The free plan is provided at no monetary cost. By using it, you grant Blueprint, for the applications you generate on that plan, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence allowing it:

  • to view and use those applications;
  • to feature them as examples and demonstrations — notably in a public gallery and in its communications — on the blueprint-maker.com and blueprint-modular.com websites;
  • to use those applications, their specifications and the associated generation data in order to operate, analyse and improve the products and services of the Blueprint ecosystem, including the training and refinement of the generation engines and of products such as Blueprint Mind and Blueprint Mirror.

This licence does not remove your ownership of your application: you keep all rights to it and may continue to exploit it freely. It concerns only what Blueprint is permitted to do, in parallel, with applications generated on the free plan. You may object to this use by switching to a paid plan. Any personal data contained in your applications is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Paid plans

On paid plans, the licence described above (“Free plan — consideration”) does not apply: Blueprint does not feature your applications as examples and does not use them to improve its services, save with your separate and explicit agreement.

Warranties

Generated code is provided “as is”. Blueprint does not warrant that the result of a generation will be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose; it is your responsibility to review the application before any production use. Blueprint provides no warranty against infringement of third-party rights in the generated code.

User obligations

You undertake to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. You are solely responsible for the User Content you provide and for the Generated Applications you deploy or distribute.

In particular, you must not:

  • provide User Content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or that violates third-party rights;
  • generate or exploit applications for illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
  • impair the security or integrity of the Service, nor attempt to extract, copy or reverse-engineer its components (engine, builders);
  • circumvent the limits of your plan or use the Service abusively.

Use of third-party AI models through the Service is also subject to those providers' usage policies.

Availability and maintenance

Blueprint endeavours to keep the Service available, without an obligation of result. The Service is provided without a guaranteed service level (SLA), in particular on the free plan.

Blueprint may temporarily interrupt the Service for maintenance, updates or security reasons, endeavouring to limit any inconvenience.

Liability and warranties

The Service and the Generated Applications are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, Blueprint excludes all implied warranties, in particular of fitness for a particular purpose or of error-free operation.

You are responsible for the verification, testing and production deployment of the Generated Applications. Blueprint cannot be held liable for indirect damages, nor for loss of data or revenue arising from their use.

Blueprint's liability, for all damages combined, is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service over the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing herein limits liability in the event of gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury. These limitations apply to the extent permitted by law and without prejudice to the mandatory rights afforded to consumers.

Blueprint is not liable for failures resulting from force majeure.

Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Blueprint acts in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable data-protection law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your Account at any time. Cancellation of a paid subscription takes effect at the end of the current period.

Blueprint may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of these Terms, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

It is your responsibility to export your Generated Applications before closing your Account. Following termination, associated data is deleted or anonymised as set out in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention obligations.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. For professionals, failing agreement, any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or performance of the Terms falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the competent court under the conditions provided by law.
