Use case

The photography business, without juggling calendar, quotes and spreadsheet

Between the client spreadsheet, the session calendar and quotes scattered across email, an independent photographer loses track of their own business. Blueprint Maker generates the application that tracks YOUR clients, YOUR sessions and YOUR quotes, the way you work.

Generate this application

The description is already written: free sign-up, then it's waiting for you in the composer.

The spreadsheet doesn't link the client, the session and the quote

A photography business is organised around sessions: a client books a wedding, a portrait or a product shoot, a date and a package are set, a quote then an invoice follow. As long as it all fits in a spreadsheet and an inbox, it moves along: until an accepted quote can't be found, a session whose deposit was forgotten, a client asking for “the same package as last year”.

Market tools often impose their workflow, their gallery and their monthly subscription: a photographer who just wants clean tracking of clients, sessions and billing pays for a suite they use part of, and own none of.

Your clients, your sessions, your application

Describe your business: “Each session concerns a client, a date, a location and a package (wedding, portrait, corporate…). I want quote and invoice tracking, deposit and balance, the schedule of upcoming sessions, and the month's revenue.”

The generated application links clients, sessions, packages, quotes and invoices: a client's record recalls their past sessions and amounts, the schedule reads by date, and the dashboard answers the daily questions: who I'm shooting this week, which quotes await a reply, what's coming in this month.

  • Client records: contacts, session history
  • Sessions: date, location, package, status
  • Packages and prices (wedding, portrait, product…)
  • Quotes and invoices: deposit, balance, status (sent, accepted, paid)
  • Dashboard: this week's sessions, month's revenue, pending quotes

Deposit, balance and pending quotes stop slipping away

A photographer's money plays out in two steps: a deposit at booking, a balance at delivery. With sessions attached to a client and a quote, those amounts and their statuses stay in place: you know who still owes the deposit, which session is left to settle, which quote needs a follow-up.

The application arrives with realistic demo data (clients, sessions, varied packages, quotes at different statuses) to evaluate immediately, and three generation levels (Sketch, Craft, Masterpiece) to raise the polish.

An owned tool, at subscription price

A photographer's goodwill includes their client base and session history: that asset must stay with you. Code ZIP export, GitHub push, hosting wherever you want or the included dedicated URL, the application is yours.

Free Discovery plan for the first application; Pro (€25/month) and Max (€149/month) to iterate, with the cost shown before each generation.

Frequently asked questions: photography business management

Does the application deliver photos to clients (download gallery)?

No: the generated application is a MANAGEMENT tool (clients, sessions, quotes, invoices, schedule). Delivering photos and hosting galleries remains your usual delivery tool's job. Since the code is exportable (ZIP, GitHub), a developer can add a link to your galleries if needed.

Can each session's deposit and balance be tracked?

Yes: describe the amounts to track (deposit, balance, status) and they structure the quote and invoice attached to the session. The dashboard shows what's left to collect.

Can different packages (wedding, portrait, corporate) be managed?

If your description mentions packages, they become an entity with their prices: each session references a package, and the dashboard surfaces the best-selling ones.

Does the application produce compliant invoices?

It tracks what you describe: amounts, deposit, balance, statuses, and gives you the revenue. Producing legally compliant invoices remains your invoicing tool's job.

Can it be used on a phone during a scout or a shoot?

It's a responsive web application: the schedule and client records read on a phone or tablet on the go, always current.
