Can several pets be linked to the same client?
Yes: describe that a client can have several pets and the relationship is structured. The owner's record lists their pets, and each pet keeps its own grooming history.
Can we keep each dog's quirks (sensitive skin, behaviour)?
Yes: describe the information to keep on the pet (breed, coat, quirks, behaviour at the dryer…) and it structures its record. The history fills in with each recorded appointment.
Can clients book appointments online themselves?
The generated application is an internal MANAGEMENT tool: the salon records and consults appointments. Public self-booking by clients isn't included by default; since the code is exportable (ZIP, GitHub), a developer can add it if the need is confirmed.
Does the application handle payments and invoicing?
It tracks what you describe: amounts, statuses (to collect, paid), and gives you the revenue. Producing compliant invoices remains your invoicing tool's or till's job.
Can it be used on a tablet at the salon?
It's a responsive web application: the schedule and pet records read on a tablet or phone at the salon, always current.
