Frequently asked questions — hair-salon management
Can we keep each client's colour history and formulas?
Yes: describe the information to keep (formula, shade, processing time…) and it structures the client record. The history fills in with each recorded appointment.
Does the schedule read by stylist?
If your description mentions stylists, they become an entity: an appointment commits a stylist to a slot, and the schedule reads by stylist as well as by day.
Can clients book appointments online themselves?
The generated application is an internal MANAGEMENT tool: the salon records and consults appointments. Public self-booking by clients isn't included by default; since the code is exportable (ZIP, GitHub), a developer can add it if the need is confirmed.
Does the application handle payments and invoicing?
It tracks what you describe — amounts, statuses (to collect, paid) — and gives you the revenue. Producing compliant invoices remains your invoicing tool's or till's job.
Can it be used on a tablet at the salon?
It's a responsive web application: the schedule and client records read on a tablet or phone at the salon, always current.
