A rental portfolio is not a spreadsheet, nor one-size-fits-all software
A real estate agency or an independent property manager starting out with ten or twenty units often runs their portfolio in a spreadsheet: one tab per property or owner, rents copied month to month. It holds up, until a lease renewal is missed or an owner asks for a report that doesn't exist.
Professional rental-management software exists, but it's often built for portfolios of hundreds of units, with features out of reach for a small operation, and a subscription priced for that scale.
Your portfolio, generated from your description
Describe your business: “I manage twenty-five apartments for twelve different owners. Each property has an owner, a current tenant, a lease with a start and end date, a rent amount and charges. I want to track the monthly rent payment status and see, per owner, the rent collected and the charges.”
The generated application structures all of it: owners, properties, leases, tenants, and monthly rent tracking with a status: paid, pending, overdue. The dashboard answers the question every owner eventually asks: what does this property actually net?
- Property records linked to their owner
- Leases with end dates and rent amount
- Monthly rent tracking by payment status
- Charges per property
- Dashboard: rent collected, overdue payments, upcoming lease deadlines
A reliable structure, deterministically generated
Blueprint Maker doesn't “code” your application blindly: AI turns your description into a structured specification: entities, relations, statuses, indicators: which you validate, then deterministic builders write the code. The database cleanly links properties, owners, leases and rent: an owner's report for a given property is an export, not a manual rebuild.
Generated demo data simulates a living portfolio: properties, active leases, rent history, so you can evaluate the tool immediately, before putting in your real data.
The portfolio belongs to the agency, not the vendor
A portfolio's rental history has direct professional value: it's what proves the management to an owner considering leaving. That history should belong to the agency, not to a subscription: code ZIP export, GitHub push, hosting wherever you want or the included dedicated URL.

Frequently asked questions: rental property management
Does the application handle trust accounting (payouts to owners)?
No: Blueprint Maker generates the operational tracking (properties, leases, rent, payment status), not regulated trust-accounting software. For trust accounting itself, a specialised tool remains necessary; the generated application can still hold the tracking that feeds it.
Can it track several owners with different portfolios?
Yes: each property is linked to an owner, and the report filters by owner. Describe your actual setup (single or multiple owners) and the generated structure adapts.
How are lease deadlines tracked?
The dates you describe (lease end, indexation date) become dated fields in the application, visible in lists and surfaced on the dashboard as the deadline approaches.
Can several people at the agency use the application?
Yes: it's a centralised web application, accessible to the whole team with the same up-to-date data: rental management stops being a local file on a single computer.
What does setup cost?
The first application is free to generate (Discovery plan). Then Pro (€25/month) and Max (€149/month) provide credits to iterate, with each generation's cost known in advance.
