Use case

Manage your rentals without juggling three calendars

Bookings, Saturday arrivals, cleanings to schedule, deposits to return: managing a few vacation rentals is real coordination work. Blueprint Maker generates the tool that keeps YOUR register — alongside the platforms, not instead of them.

Generate this application

The description is already written — free sign-up, then it's waiting for you in the composer.

The gap between the notebook and the channel manager

Owners of two to ten properties live in an uncomfortable in-between. Professional channel managers — built for agencies — are expensive and stuffed with unneeded features. At the other extreme, the notebook and the spreadsheet stop answering once questions pile up: which property is free this weekend? Is the cleaning done before the 4 pm arrival? Was Tuesday's departure deposit returned?

Booking platforms manage THEIR bookings — not your operation: cleanings, deposits, meter readings, small repairs and direct guests remain on you.

Your operating register, generated

Describe your activity: “I rent three cottages. Each booking has a property, dates, a guest, an amount, a source (platform or direct), a deposit and a status. Between two stays, a cleaning is done by one of our two cleaners. I want this week's arrivals, cleanings to schedule and occupancy per cottage.”

The generated application structures the operation: properties and their bookings, cleanings attached to stays, deposits with their status, and a dashboard of arrivals, departures and occupancy.

  • Property records and booking calendar
  • Bookings: dates, guest, source, amount, deposit
  • Cleanings and between-stay tasks
  • Deposit tracking: received, to return, returned
  • Dashboard: arrivals, departures, occupancy, revenue

A complement to the platforms, not a competitor

The generated tool doesn't replace your listings: it's the single register of YOUR operation, gathering what no platform sees — direct bookings, cleanings, deposits, maintenance. Entering a booking takes seconds; the overview exists nowhere else.

Three generation levels (Sketch, Craft, Masterpiece) let you start with the essentials — the calendar and arrivals — then refine the tool as the activity grows.

A rental business deserves an owned tool

Your booking and maintenance history has value — to optimise prices, sell a property, hand over the activity. That register belongs to you: code ZIP export, GitHub push, free hosting or the included dedicated URL.

The Discovery plan (€0) covers the first application; Pro (€25/month) and Max (€149/month) provide credits to iterate, with the cost shown before each generation.

Frequently asked questions — vacation rentals

Does the application sync with booking platforms?

The generated application is your internal register: bookings are entered by hand (seconds per stay). Since the code is exportable and standard, a developer can later add synchronisations if your volume justifies it.

Can I manage very different properties (cottage, room, mobile home)?

Yes: describe your property types and their specifics (capacity, amenities, seasonal rates) — the generated structure reflects them.

Can my cleaners check their schedule?

It's a web application reachable from a browser: the list of cleanings to do, per property and date, can be read from a phone.

Can we track maintenance and small repairs?

If your description mentions it, maintenance tasks become an entity attached to properties, with history — useful for inspections and resale.

What happens to the tool if I stop or sell?

The code and data are yours (ZIP export, GitHub, free hosting): the tool and its history are part of the assets transferable with the activity.
